Services provided by MyDaddyOnline include Website Development, Mobile Application Development, Software Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing. These are provided in accordance with specific project requirements and agreed-upon timelines.
2User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to: provide accurate information, cooperate with timely input, approve work within a reasonable timeframe, and use services for legal purposes only. Failure to comply may impact project delivery timelines.
3Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, all Services require prepayment. Remaining payments must follow agreed milestones. Late payments may delay or stop the project. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.
4Project Timetable
Timetables are based on initial scope. Delays may occur due to late delivery of requests, change requests, or external dependency disruptions. We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.
5Changes and Revisions
Clients are permitted revisions per the project agreement. Additional work or features requested after the initial agreement may require extra time and incur additional charges.
6Ownership
Projects are owned by MyDaddyOnline until full payment is made. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio. Clients must ensure provided content does not infringe on third-party rights.
7Third Party Services
We use third-party tools (hosting, plugins, APIs). We are not accountable for third-party downtime, service issues, or policy changes by those providers.
8Limitation of Liability
MyDaddyOnline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business due to uncontrollable delays, or problems with third-party services. Liability is limited to Services provided under the Agreement.
9Termination of Services
We may terminate or suspend services for violations of terms, non-payment, or evidence of misuse. You may terminate your account according to our Refund Policy.
10Confidentiality
We respect customer privacy and will not release, sell, or rent personal data to any organization without obtaining prior consent.
Governing Law
Applicable laws of India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hisar, Haryana.
Change in Terms
Terms can be changed at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
